NIGHT MEDITATION AREAS
08:00 — Slow awakening, setting up for the day, silence
08:30 — Moon meditation: connecting with yourself, attuning to the energy of the day
09:00 — Gentle movement (yoga, stretching, breathing exercises)
10:00 — Breakfast in mindfulness: light vegetable dishes, presence in the moment
11:30 — Group liberation practice: transformation of blocks, liberation from imposed programs
13:00 — Individual study of blocks: work with the master, return to integrity
14:30 — The time of silence: integration, awareness, personal space
15:00 — Lunch: natural, nutritious meals, rest
16:30 — Time by the sea: swimming, contact with nature, breathing practices
18:00 — Angelotherapy: deep meditation, working with guides and support from higher powers
19:00 — Session with Tibetan bowls: sound practice for relaxation, purification and integration of the experience
20:00 — Light dinner: assessment of the condition, share impressions
21:30 — Lunar ritual: candles, purification of energies, connection with lunar cycles
23:00 — End of the day in silence: stargazing, sleep tuning
